Job responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and close new opportunities, develop and nurture client relationships and gather requirements for new and existing opportunities.
- Work with direct clients and partners to generate revenue
- Develop business, cold call, generate leads and meet or exceed revenue goals
- Grow and Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers
- Constantly adapting cutting edge techniques
- Demonstrated experience in new business development and account penetration
- Industry experience in any one of the domain i.e. I-Media, Engineering Services, Intellectual Property or talent Sourcing
- Established relationships with key decision makers in the industry and having the ability to leverage those contacts into new business opportunities
- Self starter with ability to be a team player; can interact well with Delivery, Resource Management, Clients, Partners, Peers and Management
- Ability to define business cases for revenue, technology and content-related partnerships.
- Convert pre-qualified sales opportunities into sales.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
Ideal candidates will poses
- Experienced in Service Selling – Offshore experience is a plus
- Must have a high-energy "Can Do" attitude and can manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Great interpersonal and influence skills.
- Strategic thinker, solid understanding of marketing and sales principles.
- Proven track record of being self-motivated and pro-active.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Executive-level strategy, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Results orientation with strong decision making skills
Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor's Degree, Masters Degree preferred, in a technical public administration, business administration – Sales or Marketing

Mechanical Engineer
Candidate should have proven track record and experience in new product development, Vendor Management, Vendor Identification, Purchases, Good Knowledge of Delhi / NCR routes / markets. Workable knowledge of Solidworks, AutoCad, Inventor.
Qualification:
- B.E Mechanical (Degree/Diploma holder)
- Having min experience of 3 - 5 yrs in Industrial automation / Production automation in any manufacturing Industry.
- Fluency in English / Hindi

Electrical/Electronics/Software engineers with 2-4 years of experience in RTOS based Digital Control Systems Modeling using simulation software tools like Matlab/Simulink/Matrix.
The candidate should have knowledge on Model- based and Requirement-based Verification and testing experience.
The candidate should have worked in the DO-178B/Aerospace or other safety critical software development life cycle.
